• 1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and, for subscribed clients, the Terms of Service and Investment Advisory Agreement.

• 2.1 The Website provides information about Native Invest’s investment advisory services, SMART Portfolio products, ETF / Index Fund analytics tools (Native Index Explorer), financial goal planning (Native Goal Tracker), market insights, and educational content.
• 2.2 Certain features of the Website — including portfolio performance data, advisory recommendations, and SMART Portfolio subscriptions — are accessible only to registered and onboarded clients.
• 2.3 The Website is intended for use by individuals / entities who are eligible to invest in securities under applicable Indian law. Access by persons from jurisdictions where such services are restricted is not permitted.

• 3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to register for or use advisory services on this Website.
• 3.2 You must be holding a valid PAN card to subscribe to advisory services.

• 4.1 To access certain features, you must create an account by registering your mobile number and completing KYC verification.

• 6.2 The ‘Native Invest’ brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary trademarks of Native Investment Managers LLP. Unauthorised use of any trademark is strictly prohibited.
• 6.3 Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Website content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• 7.1 The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including broker platforms (Zerodha, Angel One, etc.), SEBI portals, and payment gateways. These links are provided for convenience only.
• 7.2 Native Invest does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or services of any third-party website.

• 8.1 The Website is an investment advisory and analytics platform. It is NOT a stock exchange, trading platform, or order management system. Native Invest does not facilitate the placement of buy / sell orders.
• 8.2 All investment transactions must be executed by the Client through their own SEBI-registered broker account.

• 9.1 All information, data, market insights, ETF analytics, back-tested performance data, and portfolio recommendations on this Website are for informational and educational purposes.
• 9.2 Nothing on this Website constitutes a guarantee, promise, or assurance of returns. Past performance of any strategy or ETF is not indicative of future results.
• 9.3 Investment in securities is subject to market risks. ETFs and Index Funds may lose value. You should read all scheme-related documents carefully and consult your financial situation before investing.
• 9.4 The Native Index Explorer, Goal Tracker, and other analytics tools on the Website are for self-service research purposes only and do not constitute personalised investment advice unless you are a subscribed advisory client.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
